Great Weekend

I had a great weekend spent with my sweet boyfriend Ian. We sat inside and watched ridiculously horrible movies. :) It was amazing.

It was a nice break from constantly creating new things to post on etsy, but now I think I've come up with a few new good ideas. I've started to hand paint some pictures onto wood tiles. I'm wondering if they will do any better than the prints.

I've also ordered some aanraku bails from etsy. They are being shipped tomorrow. I'm pretty stoked about this because I'm beginning to think maybe that people don't like the idea of my "hand drilling" through the pendants. I like how it looks. I think it's modern. But maybe it's distracting. Hmm.

Anywho. Back to the artsy grind. :D

Coolest Mom Ever

I really have just about the coolest mom ever. She just bought me $40 worth of stuff to help me get my key chains in the works. :) I'm pretty stoked. I think I will work on a friend's key chain first and then maybe start to make some other. Although... maybe I should experiment a little. :D

AH! I also may have scored a job at Michael's Arts and Crafts because I've been shopping there so often. That would be amazing! Discounts and more money! :) The manager said to apply and he would see if I was able to be rehired. (Since I've worked for this company before.)
